Benefits of a New Center
Ritter Center now owns the building at 800 A Street and will be renovating the interior to help provide the very best services to meet the varied physical, mental, and social support needs of our clients and patients.
This is the most ambitious and transformative project in our history, with a total cost of $14.5M. Ritter's Campaign Cabinet is raising funds through its Building Hope, Healing Lives Capital Campaign.
Ritter Center expects construction to begin early 2024.
More than $5.8M has been secured so far and Ritter hopes to exceed its goal to cover the entire project.
The new center will be centrally located with neighboring partners, including St. Vinnie's, the Center for Domestic Peace, and Vivalon's Healthy Aging Campus, which is adjacent to the food pantry.
All organizations provide complementary programs and are within walking distance for for our neighbors in need.
